Gift of Real Estate
Donating your home or other property to ABVI–Goodwill will not only
help us fulfill our mission to assist people who are blind or visually
impaired, but you may also enjoy personal financial benefits. When you
donate your real estate to ABVI–Goodwill, you may obtain an income tax
charitable contribution deduction equal to the property's full fair
market value.
There are other options of gifting Real Estate to ABVI–Goodwill including
retained life estate and gifting your real estate property
to ABVI–Goodwill through your will.
