Call CenterABVI-Goodwill launched our Call Center initiative in 1998 with a goal of providing business-to-business telecommunication services to government agencies and businesses, while giving people who are blind or visually impaired employment opportunities in an emerging growth industry. Our Call Center has consistently demonstrated overall and ongoing excellence in operations, technology, training, contract procurement, corporate and community partnerships and, most importantly, in offering challenging and rewarding career opportunities for people who are blind or visually impaired.
